Low Cost Reverse Engineering Process: Experts in using today’s state-of-the art tools!

COSTA MESA, CA, July. 29, 2012 — Alliance Aerospace Engineering, LLC.

Alliance Aerospace Engineering has implemented the latest technologies such as the portable FARO Edge with Laser Line Probe hybrid scanner and PolyWorks V12 software. Our engineers use the ability to digitize parts on site to create fully-surfaced CAD models and rapid prototypes, eliminating the delay of shipping sample parts. Rapid prototyping capability and processes allow our engineers to reproduce complex parts in a fraction of the time. Alliance demonstrates precision by using superior 3D printing equipment to produce actual size parts designed for instant fit checking. The combination of our highly innovative instruments along with our upcoming ODA approval is quickly making Alliance Aerospace Engineering a leader in reverse engineering parts that require FAA-PMA approval or owner operator certification. The image above displays our FAA-PMA Part Number:10-N5148-4, Fitting Assy – Hinge with our rapid prototype equivalent made of ABS plastic, one of the most commonly used thermoplastics in manufacturing today. ABS models can also be drilled, tapped, sanded and painted for fit checks.
